Welcome to Mother America! We’re a nonprofit organization founded by three passionate high school seniors dedicated to making a difference. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to support veterans in need. All of the profits from our hoodies are donated to The Gold Coast Veterans Foundation, which aims to provide “Education, Employment, Empowerment, and personalized, immediate help for veterans in need”.

Our goal is to provide essential support and resources to veterans, helping them lead fulfilling lives after their service.

Sammi Leff
Hi, I’m Sammi Leff! I am a senior at Oaks Christian High School, and I am passionate about helping the veteran community around me and making a difference. My grandfather enlisted himself into the marines at age 17. He fought on the front lines in the Vietnam war. My personal connection to veterans drives my commitment to this cause. -
Maggie Sung
I’m Maggie Sung, and I’m excited to be a part of Mother America. I am a senior at Westlake High School, and my goal is to help as many people as possible. My uncle Mark served in the Iraq War, and he is one of the strongest people I know. It would break my heart to think that he could ever fall into unfortunate circumstances, which is why this cause means so much to me. The idea that I can help someone else’s uncle Mark is the driving force behind my passion for helping veterans in need. -
Sienna Shah
Hi! I’m Sienna Shah, a senior at Malibu High School. My passion for helping others and actively making a difference fuels my dedication to this brand. Mother America is about making a difference for those who have given the best to our country. Supporting veterans is a cause close to my heart, and I’m proud to be part of a team that can show our gratitude by giving our best in return.
Our Story
Mother America began as a simple idea among friends who wanted to make a meaningful impact. While doing work with another charity, we learned that socioeconomic issues were sweeping our nation and largely affecting our veterans. According to the Senate Housing Committee, approximately 31% of unhoused individuals in California are veterans. Unnerved by these realities, we decided to make a change. Thinking of ways to take action, we thought about what we know best: clothes. Combining our love for fashion with our desire to support veterans, Mother America was born.

Each item is crafted with care, and 100% of the proceeds from every purchase goes towards donation funds.
